For those interested you can also create an online profile and do an initial dosha test here. Online Ayurvedic Dosha Test
It is important to observe and watch yourself and your tendencies over 6 months - 1 year, before drawing any strong or 'final' conclusions about your constitution. Please use these assessments as a general guide line and starting place to understanding yourself through an ayurvedic lens. Sometimes our perception of ourselves may not effectively reflect how the dosha is truly presenting. |
