ABOUT THE RETREAT
Discover how your own experiences in yoga can be integrated into your teachings. Explore, prayer, ritual and self care practices to help you cultivate a deeper reservoir of compassion for yourself and others. You can not give from a an empty place. Practice teach alongside professional peers for clarity and confidence. Learn a variety of thai-massage techniques to support your understanding of the body, and intuitive touch. This fun, inspiring and insightful retreat will offer ample opportunity to connect to the land, the ocean, self and community. It also, qualifies for Yoga Alliance hours!
HORNBY ISLAND the hidden gem of the pacific northwestLocated between Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia, this hidden gem is three ferry rides away from Vancouver. But well worth the journey! Home to an eclectic artisan community, breath taking coastline, old growth forest, long seemingly tropical sand-white beach, and renowned architecture, Hornby boasts some of the Pacific Northwests most epic scenery and beauty.

About the Facilitators
Natasha
Natasha Scott loves to share yoga. She is a yoga teacher ERYT-500 and a YACEP ( if your a yoga teacher needing hours for YA). She owns a little magical yoga studio in Penticton, BC ( www.starlityoga.com) where incredible teachers and students come together to learn. She is a Lead Teacher for SOYA where she gets to be a part of the beautiful journey of students becoming certified yoga teachers. Tash is a Doula, Thai Massage And Reiki Practitioner, mom and lover of life. She holds annual retreats at Gods Mountain (www.underthesunok.com) and Hornby Island. Tara
Tara is a yogi and heart centered teacher who specializes in thai massage and yoga. She regularly travels to Thailand to train with various masters and schools, and currently teaches and practices Thai massage in Vancouver (www.tarayogaandwellness.com) She loves introducing others to the power of compassionate and intuitive touch, and helping others to feel good in their bodies. She is a Kripalu Yoga teacher and holds over 700 hours of yoga teacher training, with 1000 hours of teaching experience.
