Our StoryThe lotus in asian cultures, is a symbol of enlightenment. It is the holy flower that the Buddha sits upon, the flower that rises up from the mud to bloom in beauty, in purity of mind and heart. In the west, what is wild is all that remains in its natural state. We believe that, Yoga, Ayurveda & Thai Massage are practices that can support you to return to balance and harmony, in your mind, body and heart while gifting that presence to another being. We offer Thai Massage Training in Canada!

meet your teacherHi,
I'm Tara. Thanks for stopping by. I believe when we become still enough and listen to the whispers of spirit/life we are almost always pointed in the right direction. The practices of Yoga & Thai Massage as many times as I've tried to let them go, have returned. I am continously pointed in the direction of deeper learning and sharing of these to healing arts. I've been practicing Thai Massage since 2009. Then in 2014 I had the opportunity to study for an extended period of time in Chaing Mai, Thailand. This lead to several long extended study trips (several months) to northern Thailand and US over a 5 year period where I had the chance to sit, practice and learn with renowned masters and attend the famous thai massage schools. In 2017, I qualified as an instructor and advanced thai therapist with the THAI Healing Alliance and have been teaching and leading groups into the beauty of traditional thai massage since then. My yoga practice extends even farther back, and has over the years accumulated in over 1000 hours of training and an additional 1000 hours of teaching, and being initated into the path of raja yoga by my first teacher/ guru. I'm first and foremost a student and enjoy learning about how Thai Massage and Yoga are a part of a larger landscape of traditional medicine and how they can be used to benefit humanity, alleviate pain, anxiety and ultimately bring greater wholeness to both practitioners and receivers. I look forward to sharing in these practices with you, Tara |
