What is your refund policy? Once you have registered for a 6 week class, you may receive a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of the first class. After the first class we can not refund you for any missed classes that may happen in the future.

What props do I need? Please bring your own yoga mat and pillow case to class.  The pillow case can be placed on the bolster provided, and your personal mat placed on top of the yoga mats in the studio. Yoga mat rentals are available for $3 per class.  For restorative gentle yoga, please bring two pillow cases, or your own bolsters if you would like to use them.

What does a pre-registered class mean? All of our classes are pre-registered which means that you are signing up for 6 consecutive classes. This helps students to build consistency with their practice and for our teachers and students to build rapport and an ongoing relationship.  Once registration closes, if spaces are still available students may drop in for $20 per class.
