Located between Vancouver Island and mainland British Columbia, this hidden gem is three ferry rides away from Vancouver. But well worth the journey! Home to an eclectic artisan community, breath taking coastline, old growth forest, long seemingly tropical sand-white beach, and renowned architecture, Hornby boasts some of the Pacific Northwests most epic scenery and beauty.
SACRED SELF CARE WORKSHOPS Self-care involves a lot more than bubble baths, hot chocolate and a healthy diet. While these things are nice and wonderful, and definitely worth investing in, they are just one piece of the puzzle. Self-care is about developing a loving and nourishing relationship with our inner selves, and taking a stand for a life where we deeply care and are responsible for our own well being. An essential piece, to bringing our gift and talents into the world in a healthy and nourishing way. Self care can look like practices such as; learning to say, 'no' , developing healthy boundaries and communication skills, self forgiveness, aligning actions with priorities, and the list goes on. During the weekend retreat we will journey and explore what form of self-care is now calling to you at this stage of your life . PRIVATE HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACHING SESSION
Included in your retreat experience is a private holistic wellness coaching session. This is a chance to dive deep, explore and clarify your vision for your life and health. YOGA AND MEDITATION
As an excellent practice to connect the mind, body and spirit! Daily morning yoga is included, along with evening sessions where we will explore restorative and for deep relaxation and yoga nidra. All levels and beginners are welcome. |
