Refund & Payment Policy
Foundations 1 & 2, and Advanced Courses
-A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon registration.
-This deposit is refundable if the instructor cancels the course or changes the course dates and you choose not to attend.
-Should the student need to cancel participation (for any reason) I can offer the following..
- more than two weeks in advance of the course you can transfer your deposit to another course date.
- less than two weeks in advance you forfeit the deposit.
- If the student withdraws their participation within the two weeks leading up to the program or after the program start date no refund or transfer is permitted. In extenuating circumstances such as health, death, or acts of god a transfer or refund will be offered. (This includes, floods, road closures, travel delays or pandemics)
-Payment of the remaining 50% of program fee is due 14 days prior to the course start date. This final payment is non refundable should the student choose to withdraw.
Refund& Payment Policy - 140 Hour Program
The cost if paid in two installments is two installments of $1197.50 due upon registration, and the second payment two weeks prior to the start date of Foundations 1 & 2.
The cost for the complete program with the payment plan is $2500,
-Provided there are 10 months remaining before the end of the last course
A $500 non refundable deposit is required followed by
X10 monthly automatic payments of $200
-If there are less than 10 months remaining before the end of the last course
A $1000 non refundable deposit is required followed by
X6 monthly automatic payments of $250
All deposits are non-refundable unless the instructor cancels the program
If a student decides to withdraw before completing all the live hours he/she is responsible for:
a: making payments that cover the full cost of courses already taken, plus the 50% deposit for courses he/she is registered in, plus an additional $150 admin. ( You are responsible for paying the full price of what you’ve already taken, plus the 50% registration deposit for courses you’ve registered in, and a $150 admin fee for withdrawing/cancelling).
- the full cost is as follows; Foundations 1 & 2 , $1395 / Thai 3, $695 / Thai 4, $695)
- once a program begins you are responsible for the full payment
b: a student may receive a refund for courses that he/she has NOT attended but paid more than the 50% registration deposit for. Notice of withdrawal from unattended courses must be made in writing with 3 weeks notice from the next live course. (If you have already paid for more than 50% of a course that you have not taken, but to decide to withdraw you can be refunded the additional payments less a $150 admin fee provided you give 3 weeks notice. ) In this case refunds will be granted on a prorated cost:
Students who register more than 2 months or more in advance of Foundations 1 & 2 start date have up to 7 days after registration for a full refund of any deposits less a 5% admin fee.
