A Living Ayurveda Community for Real Life
Are you feeling?
bloated
foggy in your mind
heavy or stuck in your body
caught in cycles of PMS or hormonal swings
tired, but wired
restless in your sleep
low in energy, yet unable to fully rest
stressed (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) to the point you cant even recognize yourself
A quiet sense that something is… off?
You’re not alone.
And more importantly--
you’re not broken.

You’re not alone.
And more importantly--
you’re not broken.
What if these aren’t problems to fix…
but signals asking you to come back into rhythm? In today’s world, it’s easy to look for quick solutions:
balance your hormones, lose the weight, fix your sleep, reduce anxiety, try a new diet or cleanse
But true healing doesn’t come from addressing one system in isolation.
It comes from supporting the body as a whole.

But true healing doesn’t come from addressing one system in isolation.
It comes from supporting the body as a whole.
Your body doesn't work in parts
Nervous System
How you respond, rest, and feel safe
Digestive System
How you process, absorb, and eliminate
Endocrine System
How your hormones communicate and regulate
Fascial and Muscle Systems
A dynamic "whispering web" that supports, nourishes, and protects the body’s deeper tissues and organs while anchoring the nervous system
When one is out of balance, the others follow. Then the rest of the body follows.

Tara Seeley is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, E-RYT 500 Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and senior Traditional Thai Massage instructor with over 15 years of experience.
She is the founder of Wild Lotus Ayurveda and Thai Massage, where she offers both client care and professional training rooted in the living traditions of Ayurveda, yoga, and Thai Massage. Tara’s approach is deeply influenced by her studies in Northern Thailand, where she trained in the lineage of traditional Thai Massage, as well as her ongoing work within SVA Ayurveda and Yoga. Her teaching weaves together elements of breath, meditation, energy line theory, and embodied presence—honouring these practices not just as techniques, but as pathways to awareness, connection, and healing. Over the past decade, she has guided hundreds of students through professional trainings, supporting practitioners in developing both technical skill and intuitive confidence. Her programs are recognized by professional associations and are known for their depth, integrity, and heart-centered approach. At the core of Tara’s work is a belief that healing doesn’t come from doing more—but from returning to rhythm. |
Through her offerings, she supports mothers, practitioners, and busy humans in reconnecting with their bodies through simple, sustainable practices that nourish the nervous system, support digestion, and bring balance to the endocrine system.
Her work is both practical and deeply rooted—designed to meet people where they are, and gently guide them back to themselves.
Tara’s work is also shaped by her experience as a mother, and her deep understanding of what it means to care for others while learning to care for yourself. She recognizes that most people don’t have hours each day to dedicate to healing—and that real change happens through small, consistent shifts woven into daily life.
She creates spaces that feel safe, supportive, and real—where healing isn’t about perfection, but about consistency, compassion, and coming home to your body, one small step at a time.
Returning to Rhythm is an invitation into this work--
a space to begin, and a rhythm you can return to, again and again.
